Google-Shopping-Quality bot causing missing orders

I have noticed large batches/groups of missing orders from time to time. When I pull them up, it says this:

Do you guys know why this is happening, or what to do to fix it? I use the Uber Checkout (Q) extension, but everything else is pretty stock.

I have thought about blocking the checkout page from google with robots.txt, but wanted to see if anyone else had a better solution first!
