Can't go to a specific URL

Hey guys
I am trying to go to a url [mysite].com/install-instaloader

I need to go to this specific URL in order to install a module. But when I go to it, I simply get my main open cart page with the following message:
THE PAGE YOU REQUESTED CANNOT BE FOUND!

The page you requested cannot be found.

Any ideas why I can do this?
