When trying to export - I am getting the same error a lot of people are getting which is: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 629145600 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 79 bytes) in XXX (file seems to change every time).
I am on a VPS from Hostgator (Snappy 1000). I am running 1.5.6.4 OpenCart. I have 1.8 of the PHPExcel in... I have about 1600 products with 110 categories/sub categories... Have higher than the recommended minimums in terms of PHP.ini and I still get these errors. This is the only site on the hosting account. I seem to have higher settings than most and not on a shared server like many but still having issues. I originally had this site on a shared server and was having these issues and moved to a VPS to solve this issue (and to get better performance overall - which I am).
I uploaded the correct extension... put it in correctly. I looked up and down the forums for a solution and still cannot figure it out.
My PHP.ini settings.
memory_limit 600M (I even had hostgator put it up to 1300m temporarily).
post_max_size 16M
upload_max_filesize 64M
