We transferred to a new server and now I cannot access the admin panel. The path to the admin in both config files is correct.

Did you set the permissions for the files and folders?

Did you try restarting your pc?
Joking. Its the same folder schema + domain attachments right? So htaccess shouldnt have to be changed? I noticed earlier your host was throwing a denied kinda error and now its pointing right to your homepage.
Are you able to access the admin direct from IP/~user or from temporary subby url? Can you log into admin via any multistore.com/admin?
Got slashes after the .com's in the configs (like.com/)?

Earlier I was retoring from a backup so that may be the reason for the error.
We cannot access the control panel from any IP. It doesn't go blank or to any page. It just stays on the homepage.
We only have one store, all other urls work.
