OpenCart without checkout-process?

Hi,

I'm looking for a shop-system with some specific features and could not find out if OpenCart is supporting this. So I'm asking this here. Is it possible to configure OpenCart:

- without any prices shown for the products
- without the need for a user to register
- without a checkout-process but with a request sent to the owner of the shop?

The reason why I'm asking: I don't want to use it as shop but as a possibility to let users ask for quotations. Means they are putting the products they are interested in into their cart and then submit it. In next step owner of the "shop" will get in touch with the customer to make a price offer for the products he requested.

Thanks!

Elmi

It is possible to do although checkout is still available if someone goes directly to it in the browser as it is just masked.

We are just setting up a new site and have stripped it of virtually everything, it is now basically just a catalogue.

Look in the extensions for catalogue or something like that.
