Can anyone recommend a good extension for bulk exporting and importing products etc

I'm looking for an import module(for import from excel files).
There is no matter free or paid.
Module must import only new products from big product list.
For example, is first week I received the excel file from my supplier, with product list, price, etc.
ID 0001 product price 100 USD
ID 0002 product price 200 USD
ID 0003 product price 300 USD
etc.
In second week I'll receive same list but with new products as well.
same products
ID 0001 product price 100 USD
ID 0002 product price 200 USD
ID 0003 product price 300 USD
and new ones
ID 0004 product price 400 USD
ID 0005 product price 500 USD
ID 0006 product price 600 USD
etc.
Module must import only new products.
Do anyone know module like this?!
There is no matter free or paid.
But I prefer free)
