I am new here and this is my first and last post. I need to know only one thing.
I am using OpenCart for an online shop that only sells digital downloads, i.e. virtual products. There is no need for the customers to enter their address and phonenumber because the shipping goes through the network. So I want to get rid of these useless mandatory fields.
I only need to know the customer name and email address and the country name (for my stats). To only change the template is not enough. There are a bunch of .php files in /catalog/controller/account/ but I have no idea what to do with these.
How can I change all that? I can't find anything in the documentation or the wiki and I tried to find a solution at this board but did not succeed.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
