Different prices for different customer groups? + other que.

Is there a module for this?

Example:
Private customers price x (when logged in) and if possible with VAT showing.

Company customers price y (when logged in) and if possible without VAT showing. (VAT is just added in the end for payment).

Also is there a module that give different discounts for a specific customer?

And a module that depending on the order volumes (Historical) increases the discount, in a way that i choose?
