Can I sell a Open Cart Templates that I have already set ?

I have a website business and I was Wondering if I could sell people copies of this software thats already setup and running on my server. If anyone has any comments please let me know. Im thinking of selling them for $100 bucks and $20 a month hosting.

Yea but they will be getting support and most people dont know a .com from there rear end and support goes along way

I charge $25/month for shared hosting ... and a lot more for setting up shopping carts and I make them pay 1 year n advance.
