Hi, general shipping question, my client wants to charge $6.95 base shipping for every order PLUS $2.00 per item in the cart. I don't see an easy way to do thi, in the product itself it doesn't allow to add $2.00?

If you want to use the built-in Weight Based Shipping method, you could make every product weigh 1 unit, and then make your rate like this:
1:8.95, 2:10.95, 3:12.95, etc.
If you didn't want to set up a list of every unit quantity, then you could use Item-Based Shipping for that kind of rate setup. You'd create a single bracket like this:
From: 0, To: 99999, Charge: 2.00, Per (#): 1
Final Cost Add: 6.95
Feel free to take a look at the screenshots and demo site, and if you're interested let me know at www.getclearthinking.com/contact if you have any further questions.
