USPS charging incorrect price

Hello everyone,

This is my first time using this forum as i have just opened my business. What i have come to seek help for is that i have made sure all my weight measurements in the open cart back office are correct, however the usps module adds up a shipping total different from my shipping cost. When you use the usps online shipping calculator you can tell that it quotes you "Price" and "Online Price". My website is charging the customers "price" instead of "Online Price". You can see this in the screens shots below. I would really appreciate some help, thanks.
