Side Bar Elements

Hi there

My site is: www.printinghull.co.uk

As you can see the sides are a little empty, I want to fill these with hyperlinked pictures/graphics like the three bars in the middle collumn. Does anybody know how I can do this with the side bars where there is empty space?

Just use normal html in those files
