CSV Import PRO - carshes

Hi,

I purchased this today, installed and configured it fine.

The first import I did was only partially successful (about 25% of the products) so I did a RESET and tried again. Now it won't import anything. I just get a white page which looks like a server side error. I end up with the 1st category and no products so it looks like it crashed on the first line of the CSV file.

How do I get support from Hostjars?
