How to change text

Hi all, I have changed 'Enquiry' to 'Subject' but how do I get rid of or change the default form data that says 'Enquire to import (7-48 days)-' ??

After numerous searches, I found a solution to the subject text that the contact page has embedded.

I just changed the Pre-Order, Out of Stock, Enquiry - Stock status show off and function.xml file and I removed the text on the following lines:

Line 98: Enquire to import (7-48 days)
Line 196: <?php echo $text_enquiry_us; ?> - <?php echo $subject; ?>

Tested and works perfectly!
