Paypal Redirect with %2f

Dear all,

I've got an issue with the paypal standard module. The success page, to which paypal redirects after a successful checkout is normally domain.com/index.php?route=checkout/success. But with my installation, it is redirected to [...]route=checkout%2fsuccess. So something doesn't go well with the url enconding. Anyone an idea, what could be wrong and how to fix it?
