How to remove 'Enquiry' from contact page

Hi all, how do I remove the 'Enquiry' box on contact page?
I have a new contact form I like but when I put it on the 'Enquiry' form stays.

The template Im using doesnt have a contact.tpl just an information one (is different to default)
So changed the default one incase its someone running off of that nowt has changed.
