Will this necessitate any changes to import / export?

Any database changes?

How to upgrade?

what do you think to how the options are handled in the latest version?

Thanks for the great work, Daniel, it looks like there's been lots of fixes and improvements in this version. I think the change to the options works fine, although it's not quite as visually appealing.

I'm not such a big fan of separating the order information into sidetabs. I liked the suggestion in this thread about using collapsible elements, perhaps with the ability to set default settings (or remember the last settings). That way those of us that want it all expanded can have it that way, and others can have it collapsed.

One small bug of note: the invoice numbers don't appear to change on "Print Invoice" when you change them in the order.

In all honesty I'm going to roll back the template to the prior options method. I'm one of the people who really liked it (I think it only needed a couple small tweaks to perfect) and I'm finding the changes difficult to work with.

I appreciate all the effort though.

The bug fixes and functional improvement are great. However the change to the back-end order information page is unfortunately a bad move. In the old interface everything is on the same page so all information is clear at a glance. Now I have to click back and forth at least 5-6 times between the tabs to make sure I didn't miss any information.

Furthermore, many 3rd party payment modules no longer work because of this change, such as Qphoria's offline cc, because the order_view.tpl is now gone.

Thank you for all Daniel... but changes are missing in the Log.
found (31211, 'config', 'config_compression', '0'), in opencart.sql - any other changes in the db?

First impression:

I do not like what you have done with Shop Manager. The old way was easy to find/manage and as I see it now the new way is:
1. Not working (or)
2. Less functions to set
See: Here.

I don't know if I like what you have done with the BO order-page.

Why is the shipping address not the same address as the order address when there is only one address in the customers address-book?
Edit: this only happens IF the GEO,TAX and Shippings -zones are not set for the customers country.

I had to do it because i was runnign out of room to place things. I had to add invoice number, customer group, sand a few other things.

They are the same! What are you talking about.the addresses are the addresses used by the customer when placing the order.
