Need an extension for making nice Email Templates

Hi guys .. I need an extension which can assist in creating nice Email templates for all normal use emails sent out to customers, and also ensures that emails are viewed correctly in all kinds of browsers.

I have one requirement though, and that is that the extension should allow me to a common header for all email templates, and that the header should let me use custom HTML and CSS. I want to have a header like this, which has regions defining buttoms or clickable areas where the user can click:



Other optional features would be things like tracking the clicks user is making, etc.

I already know of this extension, but I don't think it supports using Custom HTML/CSS for the header: http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... on_id=2221

I think your should look into Mailchimp or Mandrill. You get HTML templates from them, and if you can also track your emails.
