Free shipping applied after discounts/coupons

Hi there,

I have a free shipping option for orders over $75.00 yet it is presenting for the subtotal before discounts/coupons. I need it only to present as an option after all discounts have been applied, on the new subtotal amount before taxes.

Any help would be great.
