Product Description on Paypal Invoice

Does anyone know how to pass the product description to the Paypal Invoice?
Is there a mod written already?
I tried one suggestion that involved editing several files, but that only resulted in several errors.

I have not issue editing php or adding some sql statements should that be required, but I need the additional info on the Paypal receipts.

Hi I can help you with a custom module done with vQmod (only virtually modifies core files to include the description). PM for details.

I am not looking for something custom, I am just looking for some pointers, I don't have any money to spend on this effort.
