Hello,

I have a custom theme on my clients website. What files do I need to edit to install an extension that is set up for the default folder?

Thank you,

What kind of extension is it? If it's a vQmod script you would usually use a wildcard in the file path.

You do not need to make any changes.

If that's the case why do the modules not show up and don't appear to be working after installing them?

Thank you,

Thank you,
Make sure you are completing installation. Some modules you just need to upload the files into the corresponding folders and are done. Others will appear in the Extensions > modules list after you upload the files and you need to click on "install" to install it (and perhaps edit after that to configure it). Others you may have to give permission to as well under system > users > user groups

Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.

Thank you,
The only place you'll see anything is in admin settings. If nothing appears there look in your vQmod error log.

Thank you! The user groups seemed to do the trick!
