Hi All,
I know it's a Sunday but I've run into the annoying "proof of ID" required before I can purchase an extension. The major annoying thing is I've paid already and I am stuck waiting for support to enable me to get the download. I would have appreciated it if the funds had not been taken out of my paypal account before this fraud check, but now I am stuck out of pocket and out of required extension. I have e-mailed support with a scan of my ID, and I am eagerly waiting on the support.opencart.com site, with little sign of life there at all!
is there any other way of contacting these guys? I have a meeting with a client in less than a day and other deadlines and this anti-fraud system looks set to put me behind schedule if I don't get the download soon!!! I've tried the regular telephone number too, and no success so far.

The only other option would be to try PMing Daniel.

I have the same problem since friday. Who is Daniel?, people who earns money should give good support to his clients. I need to continue working on my site and i cannot do it without the extension I bought.

Still no luck and with soylomass 48 hours ahead of me in line this is not looking good. Is there really no-one else who can deal with these matters? Or would it be advised to reverse payment and contact the developers direct? I thought the extension directory was a convenience, but for myself and Soylomass this is an absolute nightmare.

My order was updated, I can download the file now. Thanks to the admin who did it.

I made an order today and also have the message Waiting for proof of ID, where I can send a copy of my ID?

i have a same problem.. this is my first purchased for opencart extension, and i already send a screenshot of my bill status.. but the status is still waiting a proof.. how long it may takes till status approve?? and download my purchase extension?

i have the same problem and its so annoying. Just bought SEO Pro Pack and it says order pending for ID proof. Is there any one who can help me out as well. My order ID is 518309

Well I got to solved it. Luckily their office is in HK I called them and they asked me to send my ID proof and I send them passport and it was done. Actually account was under my name and I manage it while credit card was under my wife name... so it confused them and all mess came up. So avoid such confusion to avoid this mess. Best of luck guys

Yesterday, I have purchased "Social Login (PAYPAL, Facebook, Instagram, Tumbler and more)" extension from http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... ok%20login & Order No is #530116 & made the payment ($19.99) using skrill.com & payment was processed successfully & order status was waiting for proof id but my order history says that payment has refunded but it's affected in my debit card.

So please let me know that how i will get that money or download the same extension.

I had support push through an order a couple weeks ago that had this annoying 'waiting for proof of id' delay. Now i just bought another extension and I'm stuck in this same delay. I agree, we shouldn't be charged and then told we can't have what we paid for and that when i buy an extension, it's because I'm working and I would like to continue to work! Appreciate the fraud protection (that is what I guess you're trying to do), but time is also money and all this is doing is costing us said time.

Is there a method of payment that we should be using that won't get flagged as fraudulent every time? I used a verified paypal account.

I just purchased an extension from this url: http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... ion&page=2 . I sent a photo of my identity card, the payment was accepted by Skrill, my money was taken from my account but in my order history, under Order Status is displayed: Waiting for Proof of ID. How long does it take to verify my payment? I need to install this extension today or else my client will not pay me, he will not continue working with me and I will probably need to call a refund of the payment.
I really need this extension today.

Ughhh I got this too. I used the same method I always do to purchase my extensions my verified paypal address. So I have no idea why I would be stopped this time. Absolutely stupid.

Yeah, nice thing to wait for such proof... that means we should have thought about buying extensions at least two days before to think what we need to our websites.
