quantity dependent options request

Hello,I make custom jerseys, and am looking for a more automated way to get team orders in rather than having the customer upload a file. Please let me know if anyone thinks this is even possible!

Each product would have the following:

Radio (or dropdown) for Number (price modifier)
Dropdown for color
Dropdown for font

Radio (or dropdown) for Name (price modifier)
Dropdown for color
Dropdown for font

Dropdown for Front logo (price modifier for each different selection, 1 color, 2 color, etc)

Quantity (multiples previous modifiers)

Text/Dropdown Fields (Quantity determines number of rows)
column 1- dropdown for color
column 2- dropdown for size
column 3- number (if radio number radio is yes)
column 4- name (if name radio is yes)

Why can't you use product options for this?

the quantity doesnt modify the number of option fields
