I have an extension on my site that is found at the following link.

I am wondering how to make it a SEO link like most of my other pages on my site.
Like this....
http://myseedneeds.com/Fresh-Vegetable- ... Seed-Needs
Any help would be appreciated because I've tried to make it work but I just can't figure out how to rename the url
