Extension - Disable Chrome Autofill for New Customer

This drove me nuts as I use the admin interface a lot, and the fix was so simple, I created this quick extension in case this is tripping up anybody else.

If you use Chrome and insert customers a lot through the admin interface, you'll find that Chrome autofills the customer's login and password info with your user login and password. Very annoying.

The fix is easy. Should apply to OC versions in the 1.5.5 to 1.5.6+ range.
