IMP : DHL integration on website for shippping

Hi,
I want to integrate DHL shipping on one of my websites, So could you let us know which is the best configurable module available in the market.
I have got an account number for DHL so how do I go about integrating it onto the website?
Also do we have a module which has maximum configuration at back end like as per "Location" and "Weight" shipping charges.
