Hello everyone,
I am having a very strange, very intermittent issue, where randomly paid and complete orders will come through the site that are missing a required product option, missing a state, or missing a shipping address completely.
Somehow an order came in from a customer who had no shipping address, and avoided paying for shipping, even though we only sell 1 product and shipping is required. I did extensive beta testing, and can not find a way to reproduce this issue. Under the product on the back end, the "Requires Shipping" option is set to "Yes".
Another customer managed to place an order without any product options, even though the product option is a drop down box that defaults to the value "1" and it is selected by default. I have no idea how they managed to make it blank it makes no sense to me.
I have attached a screen shot of the back end order that managed to avoid paying for shipping
OC Version 1.5.5.1 and I am currently using UberCheckout for the checkout screens.
Help is much appreciated, this is becoming a serious issue. Thank you.
We just got another order without shipping charges. All 3 so far have been international, but all different countries. One was UK, one was Canada, and one was Denmark. I appreciate any help I can get, this is costing me a lot of money and is very problematic.
Since you're using Ubercheckout with Opencart v1.5.5.1, if you switch back to regular checkout (by making a backup first ), are you able to reproduce the same issue ? If not and you did several beta testing, have you tried with Google Chrome by using the integrated Inspect Element on the reported subjects above noticing from checkout the errors that might randomly popped in ?

Dedication and passion goes to those who are able to push and merge a project.
