VAT problem

The problem that occurs is that when a customer creates an account to make chekout, and selects a foreign country from the European Union, then continues to calculate the VAT of Greece, and not the selected country.
But if customer do login again, then everything works correctly.
Does anyone know what may happen?

Version, theme, and extensions? Are your geo zones for VAT "complete" enough? Is the original session assuming Greece and still controlling, before a new registrant logs back in?

Very nice, including the novelty of how the map is presented.

What do your /system/logs/ and /vqmod/logs/ say, if anything?

Since you have Translation-Opencart-Hellas-rev1.1, you might need to open your language files (and perhaps that extension's .xml and other files) in a pure text editor and resave them WITHOUT BOM. That has tended to cure errant language packs in several contexts in recent weeks.

Thanks..!
Only when customer register at the process of checkout, works like do not understand the country and not placed the proportional tax.
If customer logout or login from scratch then works.

You might as well ask the EU_VAT_PRO author, since he knows what is inside it.
