Database collation

Hello everyone,

So I use Joomla with MijoShop which uses Opencart, and when I log in to the back end of the site and go to the opencart dashboard, I see the following error at the top of the screen:

You have to convert the database collation in order to have the autocomplete not case sensitive. Please, click here to start this process.

What is this, and is this stopping people from placing orders? What is this affecting? Thank you so much for all the help in advance.

I would read that message as saying that unless you convert the database collation type, your search will be Capital Sensitive so it will not find capital sensitive...if you see what I mean?

It won't stop anyone ordering, but may well stop them finding your products through searching!
