Showing WP Blog Entries on Store

I found this extension and it's almost what I want... I already have a blog set up on my website and since we launched the store, I would like to display recent posts in a box on the online store. Is this possible? This installation is talking about a new, fresh wordpress install which I do not want to do... I just want to show my existing posts.
