Remove Country & Region/State in "checkout" and all pages

Hi
I'm using latest version 1.5.6.1 of OC , and i want to remove Country & Region/State options for registration and checkout, without breaking the system...

Consider our Quick Checkout + Quick Registration extension. That would solve your needs

Read this, after hard work, I found a clean solution to get rid of Country and State at least on Invoices without screwing around Files. I use OnenShop v1.6 based on OpenCart v1.5.6.1, So, I hope the standard OC Admin Section offers similar Options.
