Can't find image settings?

Hi,
New to OpenCart. I'm trying to find where you set max image upload size. I've seen a number of threads with reference to finding image settings in Admin->Settings->Images. However on my install of 1.4.2 I can't see a menu option that resembles this in admin?

I've checked the documentation also and can't find anything to do with image settings here either??

I have System->Settings when logged into admin, but no image settings?
- confused, I must be missing something obvious here.

This is very odd - my image and general/store tabs have gone missing since this morning!?
