HELP! Total sum is 0.00, why?

Howdy, everyone!

I've been looking if anyone has had a problem like this, but found nothing matching.
I'm the 3rd day user and probably I've misschosen any option - please suggest me what to do.

I'm trying to make a test payment - it calculates all ok, but total sum is 0.00 with every next action leading to "free checkout" etc. (This is a digital product).

What can I do with that?

Hi there,

I've had a look at your site, and my guess is that you've misconfigured your extensions relating to Order Totals (change OpenCart to your site's name in this link).

Check that you've enabled these correctly as these affect the Total that shows in the cart. Without access to your Admin console, it's pretty difficult to confirm my suspicions.

Mel is likely right -- you've probably disabled the "Sub-Total" Order Total, which needs to enabled and placed first for OpenCart to calculate the Total correctly.
