I have a customer who I need to issue a refund to who placed an order 25 days ago, but there is no link that I can find on the order details page that links to the corresponding paypal transaction. How can I access the original PayPal transaction in order to get the return issued to the customer? Thank you in advance for any help I can get.
Search in your paypal account by last name or email. Or browse thru Paypal transactions for that date.
Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
