Template Help

I have an opencart website now , and I am keen on starting a new project. I had my current site designed for me. My questions is and I am sorry if this is so basic and obvious. If you buy an opencart template from this site, I am right in thinking, I just need to point to my hosting company, add a new domain name and then it become a website? , I know I can change some of the features and of course buy and add additional extensions that I may wish to add more features, but the templates off here from sellers, are ready to use with a domain and a hosting package? I have used other companies like 1and1 and godaddy, and they use templates, then i just added a domain and a hosting package and hey bingo a website. is that the same principle with these templates from opencart??? , i hope you can just clarify for me and once again sorry for sounding so thick. I think I am answering my own questions, but reassurance does help. I have bought lots of extensions for my current site from you and love them.

with any new opencart site you need the domain and hosting. you will install OC there. the theme or extensions have nothing to do with this other than you need to have OC installed. this artical will explain how to install oc if your not sure
