custom page with language support

Hi,,, everyone. i need a few page on my side. this page i want to use into my menu bar. so, what i did actually is that,
i created those page from admin panel, and then i use this link into my menu.

But problem is that, its not changing with language. (name of menu.. example .. training )
as this menu is now static. so,, i think the way , i am doing , i think its not perfect way. can anyone please, help me, how can i create those pages into my menu but also its support language.

try this extension. it allows you to add information pages to the top menu and it should change when the language is changed
