USPS and UPS options not appearing

New OC User, site built & in testing phase, have the USPS API acct username and all is entered into OC, USPS was called to confirm that it is "live on their production server & they sent me a confirmation email. Also processed the UPS API, entered the Access Key # into the OC-UPS shipping, both are entered (Extensions>Shipping USPS & UPS & Pick-up from store, are enabled)
When testing, when entering the Step 4 Delivery Method I get the following:
Pickup from Store (button)
United Parcel Service : 110308 Invalid or unsupported origin country code (NO Button to select)
(No button for USPS choice at all)

In the OC Shipping section in the UPS edit area all country codes are set correctly for USA.

Any help here would be appreciated, I have very few hairs left to pull out.

Problems solved with USPS. I am using OC ver 1.5.6.1 and could not get the USPS rate calculator to appear in the check-out screen. Followed every direction, had a "guru" look at all my settings, they were fine, went through 4 different & new APIs and confirmations with USPS that they were "Live" and not in test mode. Discovered during this process that when the tech support at USPS moved me to live from test then I asked the tech to refresh their screen to see if it was still in the "live" mode it was reverting back to test every time! This was issue was bumped up the USPS tech ladder and they did something and now it is working. Also had issues with usps Click & Ship, & found USPS is having issues with Google Chrome but works with Firefox browser.
