new web host issues

Hi everyone!

Dumb question here... I just switched hosts and did a new install of OC 1.5.6. and vqmod 2.4.1.

I'm trying to install the import/export tool, and once finished, everything looks great, but when I try to use the tool, I get the following when trying to export:

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'Classes/PHPExcel.php' (include_path='.:/usr/php/54/usr/share/pear:/usr/php/54/usr/share/php') in /home5/dngdesig/public_html/shop/admin/model/tool/export.php on line 2573

I'm pretty sure I need to contact my host to get this resolved, but don't know what I need to tell them to fix it. Can someone tell me what they need to do?

Can you spell out what differs between the two servers (if you know)?

I figured out that my new server doesn't have a lot of PEAR extensions so I had to locally install several to get this to work. Thanks.

In that case you may find several other things missing or misconfigured and more questions, over more than pear, so wait till you see it running okay before you edit your opening title Solved.
