help with user advertising

hi guys,
My site sells php scripts. i would also like to make it so that other people could advertise their scripts on my site, and i would take a small percentage fee, like 5-10% of the revenue.
Just wondering if anyone had any ideas how i could implement this? like some sort of "upload script button" for members that could upload the script then i would do the necessary advertising work... or something??
any comments/ ideas are welcome!
