Error message

Hi Folks,
I've tried to do some research but i cant seem to clear this error message in the log!
2014-02-25 9:51:55 - PHP Notice: Undefined index: zone_id in /home/simplygo/public_html/funky-gadget.co.uk/catalog/controller/account/register.php on line 423
Anyone have any ideas?

There seems to be a problem with zones (within countries -- states, provinces, territories, counties, etc.) in registration. Try uploading a fresh copy of /catalog/controller/account/register.php in case something corrupted it. Is everything normal in how OC itself works? If OC is properly keeping track of registrants' complete addresses (nothing garbled or garbaged between town and country), and if mysql.php itself is not throwing errors onto the screen (which it will do even with error reporting -- to screen -- turned off), then it's probably okay the way it is. Many php Notices can be ignored. But if not, if OC is not properly keeping track, then there is a problem.
