Does any body can teach me how to add these on each pages

<meta name="Robots" content="index,nofollow">
<meta name="keywords" content="xxxx… ">

If you want it on ALL of your pages you edit

/catalog/view/theme/[theme name]/template/common/header.tpl

If you want to do it for individual pages you'll need to do some modding.
