Custom Template required v1.4

Hi
I am looking for a custom design template for my opencart 1.4.
What I am looking for is a stylish glossy design with a modern look that will make it stand out from the rest, nothing over the top but easy on the eyes and modern.
I have a few psd files of the type of layout that I am looking for.
Also i can design the buttons for the site as required, so it’s really only the layout of the site I need doing.
Are you able to design one like this?
If so what would the cost be?
