PayU/PayPal - Notify customers on status change by payment

Hello OpenCarts Maniacs:)

What is the simpliest way to do it ? Customer bought some products, paid and for a while, payment get status COMPLETE - from payment GATEWAY (PayPal, PayU) and oc_order_history was updated. But my shop, didnt notify customer about this fact. How Can I send email when, every status update to clients automaticly ? If I update column - 'notify' to DEFAULT 1 in order_history, its gonna work ? Or I must doing something else ? I need easiest way - Its enought to notify in the same way, when I update the order status in admin and check 'Notify' customer.

Any Clue?
