Hii
we start upgrade the opencart files system to Hebrew language.
That include the admin+catalog+RTL direction! of the front store texts and basic design.
The translation will be finish in about 1 month .
The first version of the admin and catalogand will be upload to extensions-Languages area in the official opencart site (http://www.opencart.com) soon.

An israeli group on "google groups" was opened.(http://groups.google.co.il/group/opencart-israel)
Site for the israeli community will open soon
