moving opencart from cpanel to direct admin

hello every one
last month I forced to transfer my shop from cpanel host to direct_admin host
so I zipped all the files in the public html and backuped the database.
then upload and extract files in to direct_admin host and restore database using phpmyadmin.
every thing works fine but i have a problem . i cant change default_shop settings . I change the settings using phpmyadmin or crate backup of store settings in local then restore it in website .
the stranger case : there is no fault or problem adding / removing extra shops in opencart's setting even chnging their own settings

and although these are different CMS systems, everyone seems to agree the issue is related to Apache mod_security. Unfortunately, it sounds like you don't have root access to the server to rebuild/adjust Apache. However, I feel as though you should be able to talk to your new hosting provider and get him to either disable it, or work it out in some other way.
