Error after installing "Seraphine" Admin Backend Theme

Running the latest version of Opencart v1.5.6.1 with latest VQMOD and after I install the Seraphine extension, located at:

http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... e=0&page=2

I see the following error whenever I click open the "Extensions" tab:

Notice: Undefined index: play in /homepages/27/d420694207/htdocs/jsoc/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-admin_view_template_common_header.tpl on line 465

It does not affect anything (storefront or admin), but it does get in the way of some text when I'm navigating the content found in the Extensions tab sometimes. Is there some way I can get rid of this message?

go to system > Server and then set: Display Errors to "no"
