I am using the UPS Shipping Module and when I input any number under 36 pounds, it charges the 36 pound minimum. Any weight over 36 pounds it charges the correct amount. How do I get the module to adjust under 36 pounds? All help is appreciated, thank you!

What do you have set for the box size? It's possible that the box size is generating a dimensional weight of 36 pounds. It use to not be such a problem, but UPS switched to using dimensional weight for both air and ground packages (though ground packages a larger size, 166 cubic inches, per pound). For example an 18x18x18 box should give you the same price for anything under 36 pounds ((18*18*18)/166 = 36 (rounded up)

So you will have to use a smaller box size to let the weight override the dimensions.

No problem. The built in UPS shipping extension only uses one box size so it's really just a minimum box size. There are other extensions available that will enhance this and will use different box sizes.
