Product with set SpecialPrice automaticly shows in Category

Hello OpenCarts Maniacs ! 
I try to figure it out, how to do this in simplest way. When I update specialPrice for some products - How can I put all of them automatically in category, that I chose, for examle 'Promotion' ? Really aprecitate for any clue ..
