Change the Error Message "Sorry, We have no shipping methods

Hello everyone,

When a user accesses the checkout page, a lot of the time it defaults to a blank address and they have to manually change the address or add it to an address book. The error message is confusing though, as it says "Sorry, We have no shipping methods available for your address." What I really want it to say is "Please enter a shipping address by clicking "Change" below" or something like that. Is there a way I can change this? Thank you very much for any help I can get.
