Classified Ads Extension & Theme?

Are there any extensions and themes that would make OpenCart into a Classified Ads platform please? Something that would allow the visitor to add their own listing to the OpenCart framework in the store front on a pay-per-listing basis?
I was thinking about something like this WordPress plugin to provide the same sort of functionality for OpenCart:

Apptheme are not provide good support now a days.

I am running a job website (http://questionpaper.org) and running jobrooler theme of appthemes, few days back i have created a ticket and many customers are also facing the same problem but even after 1 week still no solution.

If you are planing to purchase any theme form appthemes then plz check their support forum first.
